I have other food allergies as well to seafood, fruits, beef, eggs, the list goes on. But i’ve heard of a few types of drinks but i just turned 21 and want to know what to drink. Any help would be great!!! Thank you!

Try a white wine to begin with. Something like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc. The white wines have the least amount of histamines in them to react to of all the wines and wine does not have anything added in most cases. For beer, there are some gluten free beers that you could try including Redbridge. That would be wheat free. It is based on sorghum so check that against your allergen list. The hard liquor would be the last to try but you may be ok with vodka made from potatoes, tequila, rum. The way to sample these would be to buy the small bottles like airline bottles or just buy a drink in a bar or restaurant. The problem with theses types of drinks is you will have to check what they add to the alcohol for potential allergens.

    Hello,
I have nut allergies and have found that an email sent to the makers of what you want to try works very well. They are always willing to help. I could give you a list but mine are all based on nut free only. :/
